Create innovative design concepts based on a deep understanding of user needs and business objectives; willingness to try new approaches and iterate. Contribute and maintain design wire frames, user flows, interaction prototypes, and other design specification materials to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Working on cutting edge design and user experience across the full app life cycle. Working alongside the tech team to ensure the design vision translates into user-friendly execution. Using a variety of visualization tools to ensure each step of the product journey is tangible and testable. Driving user testing and analyzing insight to inform rapid product iteration and constant enhancement. Skills

2-5 years of professional experience in UX being essential.

Experience in crafting user experiences for mobile and Web Application design.

Passionate about human behavior and interaction.

Strong focus on the user, with a passion for keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in mobile UX/UI research and best practice.

A hands-on approach to design, development and testing.

Ability to rapidly produce multiple visual directions/variations and UX/UI concepts.

A team player who can easily adapt in a rapidly changing environment.

Proven background in design and a meticulous attention to detail.

End-to-end experience of the design process, from definition to delivery.

A keen interest in human behavior and how users interact with applications.
Skilled at rapid prototyping, testing and iterating.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others, though able to work autonomously when needed.

Deep understanding of Apple’s human interface design guidelines and Google’s material design.

Proficiency in Sketch/Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools such as InVision or Marvel.

A strong portfolio that showcases deep visual and interaction design skills.
UI design experience.
