Planning and delivering UX designs while working closely with cross-functional teams Own end-to-end UX process based on existing product vision and business requirements Creating information architectures, task flows, user interaction models, wireframe, screen flows, prototypes, detailed designs, design briefs, design specifications, and guidelines with little direction Create and communicate end-to-end scenarios, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and specs to stakeholders Help lead improvements to process and relationships beyond scope of individual work with a track record of influencing the product direction Lead data-driven design methodologies to champion refinements of the product until the usability and experience reach a delightful experience and success criteria Be highly adaptable in an ever-changing startup environment

Skills

• An online portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking, approach to the problem, and design deliverables like conceptual models, navigation and user flows, information design, and mock-ups
• Effectively collaborating with a cross-functional team to ensure stakeholder alignment
• Ability to filter the noise and identify the root cause of the customer problem using data from various sources
• Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate with stakeholders and senior leadership
• Self-motivated to think outside the box and can navigate through ambiguous situations
• Experience leading and mentoring a small team of product designers

Job Description

Take ownership of the User Interface design and ensure we offer a consistent experience across platforms. Design compelling User Experiences in collaboration with UX Designers and Developers in your team. Build a scalable and flexible design system to enable the long- term product vision. Create concept sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to support iterative design efforts. Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience. Work with the front- end development team to provide detailed specs and ensure design consistency. Ability to map your design decisions to user needs as well as business requirements. Be highly adaptable in an ever-changing startup environment.

Skills

• Deep understanding of brand, visual design, user experience and digital marketing to design beautiful and intuitive experiences.
• Proficient in video creation tools, Adobe Creative Suite, with a keen understanding of graphic/web design principles.
• Passionate about branding, storytelling, and producing engaging content and campaigns.
• Ability to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously, but welcoming feedback and collaboration.
• Experience concepting, designing, and executing video content.
• Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate with stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team.
