Job Description

Should have expertise in designing UI elements such as (portfolio should contain) - websites, landing Pages, emails, banners, navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, widgets and other digital assets Strategizing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the clients Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes (high fidelity and low fidelity), visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages. Collaborating with the project coordination team and fellow designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the client Providing consultation on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior. Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design & competitor analysis Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, flow, complexity) Conduct layout adjustments and create responsive designs based on user feedback Ready to work with and communicate with client on regular basis to take tasks and work on designing them Working on tight deadlines to deliver efficiently designed assets Work with cross-functional teams to innovate designs and ensure optimization across all channels

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong UI/UX design portfolio - with design examples of website, landing page, emails/newsletters, banners, logo designs and other digital collaterals
• Software skills - Photoshop, Figma, InDesign, Sketch, Illustrator, After Effects, XD, Origami Studio, Affinity Photo, Affinity Designer
• Should be a good team player.
• Detail oriented and critical thinker
• Should be able to lead and take strong accountability of his own work and team (if given)
• Should be from Arts/Design, Computer Science or relevant field
• Strong understanding of modern mobile and website design principles
• Good time-management skills
• Can manage multiple projects from concept through completion
