You will be working on a fairly big React repository of more than 150,000 lines-of-code. Work with the product team and develop new features. Work with the backend team in developing new APIs. Constantly search for ways to improve the codebase. Make the app efficient and performant. Review code written by your peers.

Job Description

a) UX: - Conduct user and usability studies - Identify risks and opportunities on UX that affect company KPIs and goals. - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and wireframes - Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)b) UI:- Modify and own a style guide (Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images)- Implement UI screens using a pre-existing style guide - Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets - Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the app function and look like- Create some basic original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches)c) Support:- Coordinate with developers on design clarifications- Create bugs/feedback for developers when designs are not implemented correctly

Skills

- Designed at least two web/mobile applications

- Two to five years of work experience (at least two years working for/at a startup)

- Experience in designing SaaS productivity / chat / project tools - a big plus

- Experience in conducting a usability study - a big plus

- Degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
