Job Description

Create user- centred designs by considering brand requirements, product requirements, research insights and technical requirements alike Work with product managers, UX designers and researchers to test your assumptions and improve ideas. Work with software developers to structure and implement your UI solutions Work on strategic design issues and present to stakeholders when needed Work on the full UI stack across various services, output devices, screens and components Manage multiple projects / tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure You are familiar with the fundamentals of the user centred design process, and have experience creating artefacts to support each stage of the design thinking process such as personas, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes etc. You can plan and conduct usability studies and user research interviews, when a project might require it You think strategically and conceptually to develop simple and elegant solutions for large complex projects, including websites, services and products that work across different form factors and platforms You have a strong entrepreneurial approach towards problem solving You work collaboratively as part of a team, or drive the design independently as per the requirements of the project You learn new tools and techniques to suit the needs of a project to ensure smooth and delivery

Skills

• Experience delivering large projects with multi-functional teams like product, content, marketing, technology.
• Strong understanding of User-centered Design Process, Design Principles & Systems, content, and data management
• Experience driving design thinking, creative problem solving & clear execution plans at an organizational level

Job Description

Strategist and Design lead to understand the project requirement in detail. You will interface, collaborate with key internal client and project partners to ensure the User Experience reflects player needs and consistency. You will demonstrate your proficiency in building Design Systems and Prototyping frameworks. You will design decisions and take on design problems independently, present and sell design concepts in an aesthetic manner. Support design decisions from a practical, UX standard methodologies standpoint. To evaluate designs and crafts creatives in a speedy & qualitative manner. You will own features, possess excellent understanding of visual design principles, style guidelines, design processes, and creative workflow. Develop UI, graphic design, and interaction specifications/ guidelines. · Execution, delivery of UI designs and integration of production assets You will handle an experienced UI/UX team and lead by hands-on as & when required.

Skills

• Graphic/Visual design skills required for UI deliverables
• Strong design software skills on Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Expertise in initial data gathering, competitive analysis, stakeholder interviews, information architecture, usability evaluation, interaction design for co-creation of the spec and driving product conversations, strategy in new/large features, experiments.
• Expertise in conducting user research, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Should be able to operate independently with minimal supervision, check-in. · Encouraged to evangelize the UX methodologies, evaluate and establish standard methodologies.
