Job Description

Closely collaborate with stake holders on understanding the use cases of new functionality and work on design iterations to deliver high-end user experience for our enterprise products with an objective to build a simple, elegant and intuitive UI. Contribute to the next generation user experience for Verdantis products. Build wireframes by conceptualizing the requirements into a complete design that facilitates high end user experience Present concepts to internal and external stake holders and defend the design parameters and refine them based on the feedback Closely collaborate with stake holders on understanding the use cases of new functionality and to design the corresponding user experiences. Design high-end user interface for mobile applications on Android and iOS Deliver user personas, A/B test results, Investigative user studies & interviews Extensively research on user experience, interaction design and technology trend Must have conducted User Experience Testing to find gaps in a good design The ability to provide detailed specifications and/or optimized HTML and CSS prototypes or wireframes for our Developers and Engineers to work from.

Skills

• Experience in Interaction Design, Content Strategy, Visual Design skills.
• Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
• Must have worked with Agile software development and working in an iterative environment.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of designing Web and Mobile (iOS/Android) Applications.
• Extensive design skills and attention to detail.
• Must have an inherent sense of aesthetics and should be able to evolve products into a world-class look and feel
