Job Description

You’ll be helping the team re-design all social media content and setting design frameworks and guidelines for all content produced under the brand(static, ads, videos, animated videos, illustrations). Build a brand guideline deck for the team to follow. You’ll work across teams on the design requirements on an everyday basis. You’ll oversee the designs of all freelance designers who have been on-boarded for various projects and give them necessary feedbacks to align with the design requirements. Help the creative teams with visualizing Metabolic Health-related content for blogs and animated videos.

Skills

• Previous experience in creating social media posts.
• Experience in sports or health and fitness space.
• Understanding of the brand and ability to maintain brand consistency throughout.
• Should be able to lead a team of designers and proactively contribute design/animation ideas in brainstorming sessions and creatively do things in newer, better ways.
• Skillset including but not limited to Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator.
• A kick-ass portfolio showcasing your incredible aesthetic sense.
• Please refrain from applying you're a UI/UX designer.
• Super motivated, passionate, proactive, and can take ownership of all your tasks and execute independently!

Skills

• Strong visual graphic design skills. including motion design, experience in 3D design is a plus
• Obsession with detail, and building high-quality products is a must
• Familiar with Sketch
• A portfolio that demonstrates masterful understanding and application of layout, color, and typography
• Proven ability to present your designs to senior leadership, communicate the reasoning behind your work, and translate feedback into an updated proposal
• Project management capabilities with great prioritization skills
• Affinity towards fitness as a domain and as a lifestyle
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and flexible environment with a high degree of autonomy
