Job Description

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in User Interface Development with strong front-end stack skills along with Java / Dot Net. (non-freelance / hobby experience).
• Experience with multiple languages.
• JavaScript (including jQuery), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS.
• Must be highly knowledgeable in JavaScript, CSS/SCSS.
• Must have experience in version control using Git or SVN.
• Experienced in SPA frameworks and libraries including React and/or Angular as well as Server-Side Rendering and Static Site Generation.
• Experience using NPM, WebPack, GulpExperience communicating and authenticating with RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with performance testing and optimizations.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Experience in RESTful service development with Node and Express.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational database design.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
• Ability to write idiomatic Javascript code.
• Knowledge of Node performance techniques.
• Familiarity with performance testing and tuning Node servers.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns.
• Understanding of data structures (list, vector, stack, heap), algorithms (sort, search, etc.) and associated time/memory complexity.
