Job Description

Define and Implement the UI/UX Components for the Application. Participate in planning discussions and define the technology delivery approach, including cross-applications / teams' integration, and/or release co-ordination Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. Adhere to high-quality development principles by establishing best practices while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget. Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web based applications. Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards and participate in code reviews of solution designs. Work with the Quality Assurance team to review test cases and ensure that the project is delivered with a high degree of quality and reliability. Work closely with IT leadership and architecture to ensure on-going focus on reusability, scalability, and enterprise-wide solutions, to maximize returns on the suite of products.

Skills

• advanced knowledge and understanding of JavaScript, ES6, jQuery
• experience in building frontend applications using React and Redux or other frameworks
• knowledge of HTML5 and CSS/LESS/SASS with understanding of browser rendering behavior, performance and responsive tactics
• good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Grunt) and modern JS libraries
• understanding of code versioning tools (Git)
• proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
• responsibility to take ownership of frontend component of product
• knowledge and understanding Typescript
• good understanding of multifactor authentication mechanisms

Analyze and understand business and technical stories, write code, implement automated tests, contribute to release and iteration planning and develop & streamline the working practices of the team Capture detailed requirements based upon user interviews and system/data analysis Complete the unit testing of components for integration into larger subsystems Support the business to resolve high-priority defects and deploy fixes to production systems Make sure that produced code is secure, stable and operational before being released to production Contribute widely in establishing and promoting best practices and pro-actively investigate and propose new technologies for use within the department

Skills

• Large-scale enterprise, object-oriented design experience
• Demonstrable experience in developing enterprise-class applications using HTML5, CSS3, Less, React/Angular JS, Redux JS, Node.JS
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST) and version control systems like git, subversion
• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and Java is an added advantage
• Experience in application development , including analyzing stories, writing code, implementing automated tests, contributing to release and iteration planning and developing the working practices of the team
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
• A conceptual understanding of software development including the full project lifecycle from working on multiple substantial projects using Agile development methodologies

Job Description

Analyze functional requirements, design and implement solution based on SDLC. Create technical design of application components in distributed web platform Code, test, and deploy application components with local and offshore developers within a Scrum team. Responsible for delivering high quality code that meets our KPI Work with test engineers to ensure minimum defects are introduced into QA Ability to look beyond the status quo and identify areas of constant change/improvement.

Skills

• Experience in develop, design, maintenance and integration of web UI components in a large enterprise environment using angular, web services or C#.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, debugging skills.
• Good verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrable experience of being able to work to very tight timelines on multiple detailed activities simultaneously.
• Experience working with agile methodology, especially scrum
• knowledge of application web services, spring frame, Oracle, Postgres, SAP Business Objects is a strong plus.
