No. of Positions: 1Experience: 8+ yearsSalary: As recommendedLocation: BangaloreA Tyfone UI/UX lead will be working with the web designers and web developers to create the state of art interfaces for the Tyfone mobile and web applications.Job Description:• Develop and maintain documents that capture UX requirements• Work with product managers to create interaction models, mockups and wireframes that promote ease of use and optimize how customers interact with products• Model information and flows using UX best practices for web and mobile• Provide clarity on what interactions can and cannot be implemented in web and mobile applications• Provide final designs and specifications to web developers for creating the interfaces• Review the front-end frameworks to select a most suitable framework depending upon the product requirement• Guide and manage cross platform team in implementing the UIs and fixing any issues.

Skills

Requirements (Skill Set):
• Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Experience in managing a team of 3-5 designers and web developers
• 3 to 5 years of experience in designing consumer or enterprise applications
• Experience in estimating and planning the design work
• Strong design fundamentals with grids, typography and color theory
• Mobile design experience on one or more of iOS, Android, Windows Mobile
• Proficient with the tools used for designing and developing the HTMLs for the web and mobile applications
• Experience in Developing HTML5 based interfaces for android, iOS, Windows and Web.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JavaScript Libraries, JSON, AJAX
• Knowledge with Javascript frameworks (Jquery, Angular JS, Ext JS etc.)
• Good communication skills.
