Creating and maintaining a smooth delivery framework for organization-wide design requirements Social Media ideas and campaigns: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin Digital Marketing campaigns for Facebook and Google Offline Collaterals - Treebo Signages, Banners, Posters, Outdoor ads, Pamphlets In-property Communication: Tent Cards, Boards, Standees, in-room communication Creatives for Strategic Marketing Campaigns Tactical and Topical Campaigns like Festivals, Events, Elections Marketing requirements for Alliance and Affiliates Communication for Hotel partners Drive design innovation for internal communication Video creation (animation/vector-based) and editing are a plus

Skills

• You have 2-6 years of experience with stable stints, preferably in high-growth companies or startups older than a year
• You have a Bachelors or Master degree in a design-related field. If not, you have a thorough understanding of design principles which you can demonstrate in your past work
• You have a thorough, practical understanding of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with exposure to software like InDesign and Adobe Creative Cloud etc
• You have led a team of designers to maximize quality and delivery of the output
• You’ve worked on Marketing Design, emailers, social media creatives etc with equal focus on creativity and consistency
• Candidates with video creation (animation/vector-based) and editing skills, and candidates who can illustrate are preferred
• You possess a strong ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• You are a self-starter and proactive person who prefers to be on the top of all their projects
• You have an eye for detail and can deliver rapidly in a fast-paced environment, as you receive right guidance and support system
• You have a knack as well as a passion for creating new and creative branding units and marketing collaterals for the brand Treebo
• You possess a functional knowledge and understanding of Printing, Paper Quality, Colour etc
• You have above average spoken and written English skills
