Job Description

Work closely with the marketing team to conduct research, contextual analysis, usability studies, etc. and be able to synthesize user workflows on the website/app. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and prototypes Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates When designing, keep in mind a “lean” approach to UI development that leads to shorter time for delivering value to the business. Support multiple long- and short-term projects while actively prioritizing workflow based on ROI, and business value generated Analyze and incorporate quantitative data and qualitative insights into design Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements keeping it more user-centric and focused on driving value based on user experience

Skills

• Strong visual design and prototyping skills, preferably on Figma, Adobe XD,, etc.
• Strong visual design, brand, and user experience instincts; ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
• You know what translates from mobile/desktop and what doesn't, and how screens would adapt across different devices.
• When designing interactions, you should be able to communicate with developers
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript will be a plus
