Job Description

Help drive agile UX processes, interacting with both product management and product development teams Understand business requirements of various Traform product suites as needed Assist with and attend a wide range of user-centered research projects including usability testing, contextual and stakeholder interviews Create wireframes, mockups, low and high-fidelity prototypes that advocate industry standards, best practices, and effectively communicate findings from user research. Work with the UX Design team to help shape and create innovative and highly usable user experience guidelines Present and rationalise design strategy and decisions to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations.

Skills

• Atleast 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in designing and prototyping apps
• Certification or a formal graduation in Design is required
• Prior Experience using Adobe CC, Sketch, Figma, Invision etc.
• Ability to seamlessly interact with Product Managers, Developers and take responsibility for timely delivery of designs.
• Open to learn a new domain and business and ability to work in high pressure environment

Job Description

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who will help shape our UX process and culture. You will have an opportunity to optimize and improve the experience. Take ownership of user experience and interface for all product initiatives Build and promote our brand and improve user experience Be responsible for implementation of interface and user interaction layouts and graphics for the web, tablet, and mobile. Create mockups, storyboards, wireframes, interaction flows and copy for the delivery teams Continuously refine the user experience of new and existing applications Conduct usability testing to determine products are meeting the target business and usability objectives Work closely with front-end engineering team and other teams to insure quality and consistency across the product line Consult and collaborate design deliverables with UI developers, product owner, project management, technical leads, marketing and other staff members. Analyze and document existing website content structure, page templates, and interfaces. Understand user needs through usability studies, focus groups, and web analytics analysis

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in design, graphic design, art design, or other related disciplines
• Fantastic interaction design and flow design skills
• Visual interface design skills
• Experience designing for multiple platforms – mobile apps & web, B2E, consumer software huge plus
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
