Job Description

Help drive agile UX processes, interacting with both product management and product development teams Understand business requirements of various Traform product suites as needed Assist with and attend a wide range of user-centered research projects including usability testing, contextual and stakeholder interviews Create wireframes, mockups, low and high-fidelity prototypes that advocate industry standards, best practices, and effectively communicate findings from user research. Work with the UX Design team to help shape and create innovative and highly usable user experience guidelines Present and rationalise design strategy and decisions to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations.

Skills

• Atleast 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in designing and prototyping apps
• Certification or a formal graduation in Design is required
• Prior Experience using Adobe CC, Sketch, Figma, Invision etc.
• Ability to seamlessly interact with Product Managers, Developers and take responsibility for timely delivery of designs.
• Open to learn a new domain and business and ability to work in high pressure environment
