Job Description

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our brand design team. We are looking for someone who is a self-thinker, a true creative type, yet able to materialise their thoughts and passion into emotive designs. You'll work directly with our marketing team, helping us etch Toffee Insurance's unique voice. The right candidate will have an impressive impact on our brand with large freedom of execution. Everyday will be a different project to tackle. You’ll never feel bored or creatively ‘limited’ or ‘stuck’. Create designs across several channels and touchpoints to bring well-crafted narratives to life. Contribute to designing marketing collateral, promotional material, digital assets, social media assets, swag, and more. Develop digital ad campaigns, including banner and social media specs. Build out co-branded narratives with our partners. Work with our marketing and leadership teams to craft beautiful presentations. Design without ego and are happy within a team while executing independently.

Skills

• Have a graphic design background in both print and digital. Experience in web design preferred.
• 2+ years of visual design experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
• Demonstrate excellent visual taste.
• Take ownership of your projects with the ability to prioritize against deadlines.
• Online portfolio showing examples of your design work.
• Illustration skills a plus.
