Job Description

We are looking for the Designer who is motivated by the impact his/her work can create in a person's life.

Skills

1. 0-3 years of Experience on designing digital products [for web, mobile or other platform]
2. An understanding and appreciation of the Design process
3. An inclination in understanding user needs through interviews, shadowing or more
4. Can take ownership of either : end to end Product Design or just visual design
5. Skills : Must haves- A sense of good aesthetics, a knack for problem solving, curiosity and Empathy
6. Tools : Must haves- a good grasp on tools that'll use everyday [adobe, sketch etc...]
