Job Description

Define, plan, and conduct independent research on multiple aspects of products and experiences to drive actionable changes in Product and design strategy Strong understanding of what research methods to follow, including when and how to apply them based on the requirement Collect and analyse user behaviour using various research methods such as contextual studies, field studies, experience mapping, surveys, concept validation, usability testing, benchmark studies, tracking, metrics, online experiments, accessibility testing. Ability to create and define new frameworks and processes for the organization Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research Work with Designers, Product Consultants, Engineers, Testers and other stakeholders to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Lead workshops and discussions with various stakeholders

Skills

• Knowledge of the field of human-computer interaction, experimental design, observational and field methods and data analysis.
• Experience with User Testing and UX research tools and platforms
• Experience working with large, complex data sets and working knowledge of quantitative, behavioural analysis and statistics.
• Experience with managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders with varying UX Research experience levels
• Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports or the creation of research artefacts
• Excellent storyteller with expertise to communicate users problems and finding to stakeholders
• Proven track record and case studies of solving the complex problem
