    Job Description

    Help Product Owners with tangible UI designs to support tactical vision and roadmap for digital products Design and deliver elegant and delightful user experiences as part of a cross-functional agile product teams Acquire functional concepts from the UX & Design Lead and refine them further via wireframes and detailed designs Actively collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders throughout the design and development process Define intuitive interactions & visual designs which are inline with company brand guidelines & UX standards. Build prototypes & other design artifacts to be validated with end users during usability tests. Further iterate designs based on usability findings Collaborate effectively with other designers within and cross-team to problem solve design challenges and maintain a level of design consistency and coherence across client products Close collaboration with developers, UX architects & standards groups for technical feasibility & design iterations as needed

    Skills

    • Strong advocate of User Centered Design principles & best practices
    • Sound knowledge of Information Architecture, UI & Interaction Design, Usability Testing, Prototyping & Visual design
    • Good understanding of User Research Methods & ability to translate functional concepts into tangible UI design . Should be able to support user research, usability testing activities with hands-on work as needed.
    • Dynamic, creative, and excited to use data to drive impact across the user experience
    • Experience with designing quality user interfaces for omnichannel platforms incl. desktop, mobile, enabling business capabilities and objectives .
    • Proficient with design tools, including Axure RP, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Balsamic, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & other design tools
    • Experience working with reusable components, design patterns & page template is a big plus
    • Experience within Financial industry and knowledge hereof is a plus
    • Experience with mobile / responsive design is preferable
    • Design portfolio / work samples a MUST (work samples must include IA artifacts, wireframes, visual mock-ups)
