Envision and create the right design solutions whether in known or highly ambiguous situations. Understand Business & Technological constraints and how those impacts design. Contribute on multiple projects end-to-end and be a strong experience stakeholder partnering closely with Designer, Research, Engineering, Project Managers on product goals by working together as a squad. Work hands-on as a IC Create scenarios, process flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, UI pattern libraries, interaction guidelines, and other artifacts required to develop and evolve designs for a set of products, tools, and services.

Skills

• Portfolio is must. Submissions without portfolio will be rejected.
• Expertise in wireframing tools and especially Figma is important.
• Rich experience to co-create design solutions by collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, with objectives e.g., Synthesize Research Insights/Data,
• Define Design Goals, Need Analysis, Ideation, and Quick low-fi prototyping for new products and features to validate product's direction with its success metrics.
• Relevant design experience with proven success in working with partners and customers.
• Creates wireframes, journey maps, scenarios, task flows, and personas in support of interaction designs for hardware and/or software-based experiences.
• Conceptualizes and delivers artifacts at various levels of fidelity.
• Expertise in fundamental design capabilities in the disciplines of structural design, visual hierarchy, navigation, and interaction, through visual and variety of visual mood boards, storyboards, creative briefs, and UI guidelines.
