Facilitate design sprints for specific product areas. Contextual inquiry with existing and prospective customers. Usability testing with existing users. Storyboarding, wireframing, prototyping, participating in problem solving. Ensuring that your design solutions have been implemented as specified by you. Do visual design for our products.

Skills

• 2-5 years of user experience work. The value of your experience depends on the diversity of your work.
• Strong design fundamentals: acquired either through self study and relevant experience or backed by relevant education/training.
• A strong portfolio is a must have. We will be looking at how you solved hairy design problems. Quality will matter over quantity.
• Experience and willingness to talk to customers and users and drive design solutions from insights gained.
• Strong wireframing and prototyping skills on the tool of your choice.
• Good visual design skills.
• Front end coding skills will get you brownie points (perhaps actual brownies too!)
