Skills

• 5+ years of domain-centric interaction designing experience across mobile and desktop applications
• 3+ years of experience in directly managing a small to mid-sized design team
• Experience in Human Computer Interactions
• Proven ability to work along with cross functional teams
• Exposure to iterative working environments and methodologies
• Ability to create storyboards, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes

Job Description

· Demonstrated expertise in Interaction Design to develop, present, and document detailed interaction and functional specifications for products at Tally · Facilitate the propagation of user research leading to design directions at the ideation and assessment phases of design · Identify, establish, and execute projects that positively impact the overall user experience throughout the products we design · Maintain deep and specialist behavioural knowledge of user interface to positively impact user metrics · Expert in design communication. Skills

· Should have qualified in Degree, Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, HCI, Product Design or Computer Related Design/Interactions is expected

· Has proven success in executing on tactical and strategic initiatives. You will have been the lead designer for significant products in one or more vertical markets such as consumer, enterprise, B2B, mobile, research and development

· Has advanced applied knowledge of UCD principles and have understanding of brand identity

· Should have acquired business domain; competitive and operational knowledge of the products and services you work on. You are familiar with the challenges of developing for both domestic and international user

· Should have comprehensive technical design knowledge beyond the core ID design disciplines & Should have advanced specialized knowledge in one or more design domains such as information architecture, information design, with usability researc

· 9+ years’ experience working across enterprise products

Design user interface understanding of the functionality Creating concepts in a wide variety of variants from sketched to high fidelity mock-ups Built out design prototypes on Tally’s proprietary technology Work closely with the developer team, manage and maintain workflows to meet user needs, validate and ensure delivering world class experiences Engage with users on an ongoing basis
