Job Description

Talentica design team is seeking a creative, thoughtful and user-centric Experience designer to help us create and own the entire user experience of the products.Your primary focus will be to build product design that is intuitive, easy to use and customer-focused that provide a superior experience working in close collaboration with customers, business and technology teams. What you will do: Design innovative and appealing experiences on a rapid and iterative basis while planning for the direction of future iterations. Advocate for your design solutions by putting them in context of business and user goals. Actively participate in team brainstorming and solution generation through quick sketches or low fidelity wireframes. Conduct user/competitive research and interviews to understand user goals and prioritize features and requirements. Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Define user tasks flows and data hierarchy A general understanding of how Design impacts Development (and vice versa), along with a knack for constructing dynamic, interactive designs that are technically feasible/prudent Work alongside engineers, product managers and other designers throughout all stages of the design and production cycle. Present design work to multiple teams for review and feedback Assist defining design guidelines, patterns, and libraries.

Skills

• Create clickable prototypes across mobile, tablet and desktop via InVision or other software.
• Have an eye for micro-interactions and are able to communicate the same to the team and the customers.
• An aptitude and sense for tasteful, visual design details and execution The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile environment
• Experience designing mobile web, and/or on-device mobile applications.
• Proficiency in variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator,Omnigraffle, Sketch and InDesign

Skills

• Graduates or postgraduates from IDC or NID only with 2-4 yrs of exp
• A strong portfolio with demonstrated examples of designing great user-centered experiences and applications.
• User focused Approach - a deep understanding and appreciation of the process of identifying users’ needs
• Experience designing mobile web, and/or on-device mobile applications.
• Proficiency in variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Omnigraffle, Sketch and InDesign

• Knowledge of best mobile & web design practices
