Skills

• A current online portfolio highlighting either past work designs or current web/mobile design
mock-ups/samples
• At least 4 years of experience designing web and mobile apps
• Fluency in working with advanced design (e.g., Sketch, Photoshop CC, Antetype) and
prototype tools (e.g., Flinto, Principle, Axure RP, Framer.js)
• Experience in both consumer and enterprise space
• BA or equivalent undergraduate degree required with strong academic credentials
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to interface across many areas and levels of Bain
• Ability to maintain a structured working style in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
• Results focused, keeping an eye on the overall outcome and desired impact
• Customer service attitude and ability to contribute on a team in a non-traditional way
• Willingness to be flexible to meet the needs of the practice

Manage a staff of multiple product designers, providing leadership and development as needed Understand critical conceptual needs across brands, users, and clients and translate strategic goals into products/design Interact with Client partners by helping support pitch proposals; integrate ecosystem partnerships to bring new capabilities into processes Support Client Partners and teams in selling and serving activities to deliver extraordinary value to our clients Create interactive and visual designs across multiple parallel projects Develop interactive mockups and lightweight prototypes to communicate and validate design decisions As an early member of Client’s design team, help in the recruiting, formation and evangelizing of the group and its capabilities Collaborate with the design team and its advisors to develop product strategy Travel to work with Client teams and clients, as needed
