Job Description

Guides and plays an active role in the creation and delivery of well-designed documentation (user personas, experience maps, interactive and static wireframes, prototypes etc.) to support the design and execution of a range of products and marketing campaigns Ensures collaboration and clear communication with cross-functional teams, disciplines and clients to facilitate the implementation of strategic vision Defines best practices and deliverables to facilitate the creation and final execution of the UX deliverables Provides guidance and critical feedback to the execution of UX team deliverables based on strategic vision Collaborates with cross-disciplinary teams to concept and develop interactive solutions Creates thought leadership content that help inform clients and demonstrate the agency’s depth of knowledge

Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in a UX strategy, design or related role
• Genuine passion and curiosity about information consumption and a desire to make experiences more delightful and efficient
• Experience solving for ongoing, personalized experiences across platforms, including responsive websites, mobile websites, mobile applications and Web-delivered applications
• Bachelors or Masters in User Experience, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology , Visual Communication or related fields
• Proficiency in documentation and prototyping tools such as Axure, InVision, XD and Sketch
• Able to clearly form and articulate a UX point of view in verbal and written form
• Ability to concept ideas holistically across multiple channels
• Ability to iterate on concepts, driving definition to detailed execution
• Working knowledge of disciplines across the organization and the ability to leverage those resources at critical stages of delivery
• Depth and expertise in innovative digital creative experiences across B2B and B2C environments, including user research, interaction, and experience
• General understanding of web technologies like content management systems, marketing automation, dynamic content, ecommerce, SEO, personalization, translation/localization, etc.
• An accomplished communicator and capable of contributing to thought leadership marketing
• Exceptional team player with the confidence and integrity to earn client and internal team support quickly
• Solid work ethic, self-driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent Presentation skills

Job Description

Define acceptance criteria, establish project milestones, moderate collaborative prioritization of the design and realization backlogs, manage internal/external project budgets and resources. Manage relationships with technical and management stakeholders: define and document project plans, architectures, interfaces, technical capabilities, requirements, and dependencies. Ensure the team has freedom to explore and prototype disruptive concepts. Aggregate project/progress reports and presentations for management, stakeholders, and project affiliates. Enable ways for the team to say ‘yes’ while managing complexity and stability in our design process Prepare for frequent changes as part of the creative process; and, ensure an agile workflow resulting in high-quality, on-time deliverables while maintaining brand cues, styling, UX best practices, and engineering criteria. Create opportunities to explore experimental prototypes and facilitate design thinking workshop; while managing risk and quality of on-going projects. Frame team member interactions with internal and external project partners to empower the team. Ensure proper knowledge transfer with appropriate documentation for the relevant parties. Facilitate transfer of actionable deliverables to the relevant parties. Manage and secure portfolio of intellectual property; encourage and support team members to write and file patents. Organize and lead meetings and demos for management, press, and consumer advocates. Drive a shift in mindset, perspective, and openness for disruptive concepts. Represent TA at conferences

Skills

10-14 years of relevant UI/UX Design Experience working as an UI/UX Designer, Human Factors Engineer, Industrial Designer, Digital Designer, or related profession. In addition to being hands-on experience, you should also have at least 3+ years of Leadership/Management Experience.

• Hype-busting X-ray Vision: You have great instincts and tenacity for cutting through the hype. You can quickly deconstruct emerging technologies & trends to develop a fundamental understanding of the underlying drivers, strengths and limitations that can be extrapolated into the future.
• Engaging Communicator: You articulate concise and sound recommendations and tell engaging human-centered stories tailored to internal and external stakeholders. You’re comfortable and effective presenting to senior product owners and Engineering leads
