Job Description

Collaborate with business and IT team in developing and maintaining design wireframes for web based applications, to share with design team as new projects begin. Translate business requirements and user stories to wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences Build Front end UI components for Web applications Communicating scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs with other members of the team Conducting user testing of applications Creating and implementing interaction models, user flows, and user interface specifications Evaluating existing applications and evaluating their UX (user experience) effectiveness Stay abreast with the latest UX design practices and frameworks

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or MCA.
• 2 to 5 yrs of hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, React and AngularJS.
• 1 - 2 years' experience working as a UX Designer, ideally for web based applications used by contact center agents, with deep understanding of design methodologies and principles.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Axure, and other visual design and wire-framing tool
• Ability to prototype in HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, Flash or Catalyst is a strong plus,
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
