As a UI / Visual Designer, this position requires a designer with a passion for elegant design, a superb aesthetic sense, an exceptional eye for detail, and the ability to create simple solutions for complex problems. Key Qualifications Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills. Demonstrated fluency in the design of App UI and Responsive Web experiences. Proficient with Adobe CC, or other design tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills with good attention to detail. Strives for consistent, simple, and clear communication.

Skills

• Any UG/PG Degree.
• 0-2 years relevant experience
• Certifications in certain graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator is an added advantage.
• Portfolio Mandatory.

We are looking for a passionate out of the box thinker that loves technology at an enthusiast level. As a UX Designer, you will be a practical-minded perfectionist. Focused on the user, passionate about user experience, willing to take creative risks and do whatever it takes to do the best work possible. You excel at working with teams, managing projects to tight deadlines, and are always up for a challenge. Designing the best experience will require collaboration with our engineering and product teams, making data-driven design decisions, and prototyping concepts to validate new ideas or improve existing interfaces. You will get to work in an exciting and engaging agile environment where you will be encouraged to test your creative boundaries and share new ideas! Work with product and engineering people to promote good & consistent design Establish visual language and interaction style guide Develop storyboards, mock-ups, prototypes and other neat things to effectively communicate new and delightful user experiences Come up with simple experiences that allow our users to easily tackle hard problems like navigating through huge piles of data Understanding and solving functional problems for a variety of data management, visualization and analytics user scenarios Rationalize design decisions to peers and stakeholders

Skills

• An incredible design sense and a love for staying current with design trends and UX best practices
• Attention to detail
• Obsession for creating simple, clean and intuitive user experiences
• Proficiency using Balsamiq and Adobe Illustrator
• Experience using Axure RP will be an added advantage
• Desire to be challenged with your work and enjoy working as part of a great team
• 1+ years related experience
• Portfolio with examples of UX/UI designs
