Job Description

Drive our team's design thinking across diverse product releases, platforms, and devices. Develop high-level and detailed wireframes, low- and high-fidelity mockups, detailed micro-interaction matrices, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Evaluate usability of existing flows and recommend thoughtful design changes when appropriate. Be responsible for and effectively advocate for users in a fast-paced work environment, imparting day-to-day design leadership that fosters a shared understanding of the user-centric intersection between design, content, business, and engineering.

Skills

• Experience designing responsive and stunning web-based interfaces.
• Experience working alongside product management and development teams.
• Experience in design systems and designing web component libraries.
• B2B design experience. Bonus if the experience includes designing interfaces for enterprise SaaS.
• Strong HTML, CSS, Javascript, prototyping (Framer, Figma, etc.), visual design skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Sketch is helpful.
