Job Description

User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights into user behavior and preferences. Information Architecture: Develop site maps, user flows, and wireframes to create intuitive and logical navigation structures. Interaction Design: Create interactive prototypes and design specifications to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively. Visual Design: Collaborate with the visual design team to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing user interface that aligns with brand guidelines. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.

Skills

• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite (Figma preferred).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience working with an agile engineering team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to iterate designs based on feedback and user testing results.
• Familiarity with front-end development is a plus.
• Solid understanding of CSS/HTML
• Designing for node.js / next.js environments
• Analytics and Workflow application design experience
• Experience implementing UI design frameworks
