Creating high fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes ready for development Creating wireframes based on design ideas for validation with users Helping marketing team with graphics and other design collaterals Assisting the UX, CX and Product teams in user-research Brainstorming with the Product and Design team to strategize and help plan design sprints

Skills

• Have a burning passion for improving the Indian education sector.
• Have at least 1 year of relevant experience/education in the field of UI or UX.
• Have a strong sense of aesthetics, appreciation for good design and a strong command over typography, color, layouts, and hierarchy.
• Have an ability to solve complex problems and think of the best ways to present these to end-user.
• Are a self-starter and a strong team-player - output high-value work with minimal supervision and high collaboration.
• Are good at industry standard UI design tools (We use Figma), Raster/Vector graphic software (Photoshop, Illustrator) and are obsessed with pixel perfect designs.
• Can wear multiple hats. Startups are blessed with opportunities where one can take up different responsibilities based on the need of the hour.
