Job Description

Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and user experience. Understanding the needs of our users and defining user experiences that are cohesive with our products Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Should be able to create personas and easy user flows Present the user-interface visually so that information is easy to read, easy to understand and easy to find Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end. Develop prototypes and models to ensure delivery of great user-centred experiences and applications Translate business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and engaging Stay up-to-date with design application changes and industry developments A capacity for advocating on behalf of our users is an absolute must. Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.

Skills

• Hands-on experience with software like Sketch, Figma or Adobe XD.
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts and layouts.
• Well organised, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.
• Strong online portfolio with demonstrated examples of designing great user-centred experiences and applications.
• Knowledge of how design impacts development; a knack for constructing dynamic, interactive designs that are technically feasible and prudent
