Job Description

We are looking for a thoughtful, talented, and mission driven Product Designer to join our young Design team in Bangalore. You will be working in a fast paced environment to build India's next generation of Grocery products. You will be involved in every step of product development, from brainstorming broad ideas to ensure design quality through launch. Independently drive ideation/explorations and present solutions after an initial guidance from the stakeholders and jamming with other senior designers Do competitive analysis, high-quality wireframes, mockups, user journeys, key use cases, make quick prototypes, and deliver high fidelity design. Constantly improve features by leveraging data and take appropriate design decisions backed by user-behavior Collaborate with various Product, Engineering, Marketing, and various Business teams to deliver a great user experience. Advocate for design by sharing work and presenting cross-functionally, while being able to precisely articulate design rationale.

Skills

• Experience designing Mobile Apps (Android, iOS, Mobile Web)
• Highly proficient with design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe Suite etc)
• A portfolio showing your high quality, thoughtful UI and UX work
• Excited about working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• Eagerness to learn and open to feedback
• Empathy with customers, and a strong desire to understand them
• Experience with conducting and applying customer research, including design thinking, prototyping, and conceptual modeling
