Job Description

To build high quality well-designed product interfaces and user interactions across devices, that are visually appealing, simple, easy to understand, learn and use. UI development: Building quality interfaces with well thought out usability. Interaction design: Product behaviour, product flow and inter-play between different elements. Visual design: Product look and feel Icon creation Product design: Feature and functionality Driven to explore a range of solutions, identifying promising directions, and then refining those directions through iterative cycles of design, prototype, and testing. Own the color palette, grid, typography, layout, icon style, and visual and branding assets in the user interface; Work with engineers and marketing stakeholders and know how to receive feedback well Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements Knowledgeable about user interface standards, common patterns and interactions, and conventions Capable of envisioning the dynamic nature of the product and the functional flow Translate abstract ideas and requirements into a direction so that team can create a tangible and beautiful design

Skills

• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• BA/BS in Design or equivalent
• Strong portfolio to be presented along with explanation on the thought process, design process.
• Great compositional and typographical skills
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Ability to help in establishing a design culture within the company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Should be willing to work in a fast-paced environment understanding the business requirements.
