Effectively & creatively communicate ideas to other team members and our target audience. Work within the brand guidelines to ensure org-wide consistency, and continuously explore and develop brand language. Design, own & maintain collaterals for digital and print mediums: website pages, brochures, reports, decks, graphics for apps, videos, social media, banner ads and blog posts. Assist the User Experience Design team in implementing precise visual design.

Skills

• The creative portfolio of projects demonstrating skills in various aspects of Visual Communication Design.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively using hand-drawn sketches, examples and prototypes.
• Understanding usability in both print and digital media.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the product vision. Work with Sr. Product Designers & managers to design interfaces & prototypes to validate solutions. Create, maintain & iterate the Interface component system & guidelines for the product. Create icons, graphics & illustrations to improve and enhance the overall product experience. Create collaterals for product marketing & feature release: emailers, graphical & representation/mockups Staying on top of the latest trends and techniques. Gain deeper understanding and experience in product design and thinking to accelerate your growth and development.

Skills

• Formal education in design (Bachelors/Masters/Diploma) or a strong portfolio demonstrating your product design skills.
• Strong understanding of the design process & a portfolio of projects demonstrating various aspects of product & visual design.
• Good communication, problem-solving & collaboration skills.
• Experience with end to end creation and designing web and mobile application interfaces.
• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
