Job Description

Delineate, plan and update metrics that indicate holistic platform health and growth Structure the app interface UI and UX to ensure a smooth journey for contractors Increase contractor efficiency and productivity and build out better tools for the same Promote ease of adoption and on-boarding through targeted experimentation Create and/or evaluate training modules to facilitate in-platform learning & development Drive increased engagement on the platform through regular updates, better frameworks etc Explore ways to templatize existing/new use-cases and/or work-flows Determine rewards to build long term stakeholder relationships Identify ways to prevent fraud on the platform (security by design) Position systems and frameworks that identify skill sets and match capabilities to the nature of work (output) expected Derive insights based on internal metrics and external research, for identifying new segments for demand growth and driving product prototypes Design workflows suited to extract optimum performance from supply base

Skills

• At least 2-3 years experience of working in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Human Resource or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully working or leading a team
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly
