Lead the user experience and interface design process, ensuring a user-centric approach. Lead a team of product designers to create features using AI, AR, VR and other cutting edge technologies and translate them into final Web and App designs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and develop product features. Analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize product performance. Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies in coordination with marketing and sales teams. Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design practices.

Skills

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Job Description

Ownership – You’ll be a proactive designer who will bring ideas and solutions on the table for a variety of business challenges and user needs. You need to take ownership of your work deliverables and back your decisions with logic, insights and data. Collaboration – Since you'll be collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and other business stakeholders, you'll need to feel at ease articulating your ideas and responding to a variety of feedback. User-centric – You'll be taking a combination of requirements, data, and insights with the primary objective of enhancing our users' experience. You need to continuously think about new features and ideas that enhance our customers' experience. Resourceful- You need to understand how to get more done with less, and you will be required to work on lean teams that made a major difference.

Skills

• Expertise working on Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools. You should be able to rapidly test and validate clickable prototypes of your designs.
• Seasoned with After Effects & Lottie to create high quality interactions for Web & Mobile.
• Knowledge of UX research practices like persona and empathy mapping which includes defining user profiles, usability scenarios and in-depth analysis of users’ behavior using techniques like contextual enquiries, interviews and focus groups.
• Translate concepts as well as business requirements into user flows, storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive and optimized user experience for applications on both web and mobile.
