Job Description

Create and iterate on UI, typography, Motion, Iconography, and branding for a best-in-class experience in partnership with the rest of the UX/UI team Partner with UX designers to ensure that form always follows function Be constantly thinking about the future in terms of finding ways to improve the digital experience and the design of the application, with solid ownership and minimal direction required Serve as an advocate for the UX/UI team by ensuring the best tools, systems, and processes are used to create the best-in-class digital experience Be a thought leader in visual design to ensure we are pushing the edges of what’s possible A penchant for details and organization, including the ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress and meet deadlines The ability to effectively take direction and work both collaboratively and autonomously

Skills

• Experience with digital products and brands. Special consideration for experience with B2B, SaaS or enterprise applications
• Excellent visual communication skills with proficiency in layout, hierarchy, typography, colour and balance
• Excellent knowledge of the digital environment, including best practices
• An expert in the Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop and AfterEffects. Proficiency in Figma is a plus
• Flexible with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A strong portfolio that showcases design work and branding work
