Job Description

Deliver an intuitive user experience across digital platforms. Research, reference, study and compare products to get a deeper perspective on the subject matter. Craft personas and user journeys. Create and design wireframes, mockups and prototypes. Conduct surveys and A/B testing. Create style guides for Visual Design. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to include their point of view and feedback. Present and communicate insights in order to help shape long-term product strategy and to sell the concept and strategy to stakeholders. Work with development teams and ensure that the final product follows UX principles and guidelines set.

Skills

• Ability to fulfil, facilitate, and lead any or all UX/IA duties on a given project.
• Strong knowledge of User Interface Design, User-Centered Design and Usability.
• Previous working experience in Axure, Marvel and other such Wireframing tools, and production of clickable prototypes.
• Experience in using tracking tools like Google Analytics to better understand user behaviour and suggest changes and improve subsequent iterations of the product.
• Passion for technology, user-centric design and adaptability in ensuring feedback from stakeholder is incorporated.
• Strong conceptualisation and visual communication abilities along with drawing skills and sketchbook technique.
