Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences Design creative posters, banners & engaging videos for social media and implement social media strategy to align with federation goals Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g original text, photos, videos and news) and generate followers & create awareness on the social media Set specific objectives and report on ROI, Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics Update the content on Website on a regular basis Create stunning promos & eye catchy videos Shoot & edit videos & manage digital content on tournaments Excellent video editing skills required working for promos & highlights Should be able to design UI for app / website Manage the branding of the federation Create presentations for the sponsors

Skills

• Experience in the field of Graphic Design, specifically experienced in creating landing page design, illustrations, logos, print collaterals.
• Have strong communication and project management skills
• Have relevant software knowledge such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premier Pro & After Effects.
• Have hands on experience in Content Management.
• Have excellent copywriting skills
• Have solid knowledge of SEO, Keyword research & Google Analytics.
