Job Description

Responsible for high-quality human-centered designs and journeys for mobile and web applications. Any prior experience working on B2B SaaS products is favorable. Work closely with the entire product and development teams to deliver products with the best and most relevant user experience. Explore unique product experiences for our persona and implement best UX practices – while leveraging our unique and evolving product offerings. Apply strategic thinking to visualize and advocate concepts while communicating them effectively to stakeholders. Collaborate thoroughly with stakeholders from product, and research teams and deliver high-fidelity designs, and that align with the user and company goals. Deliver wireframes, concepts, designs, and prototypes in a timely manner. Acquire a deep understanding of our targeted user base and end-to-end user journey. Research and experiment with both UI and UX and present them to the product team and/or other stakeholders with recommendations.

Skills

• Experienced in using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaboration tools like Figjam, Miro, etc.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• You have experience and the ability to design complex workflow-related tools that include presenting large amounts of information in a user-friendly way.
• Support and participate in the facilitation of user research activities (Including, user interviews, on-site or remote, field studies, etc)

Develop design solutions for web and mobile platforms Ability to create delightful experiences for users and maintain the visual identity across the platform Deliver an emotional impact on our users by deeply incorporating human-centric design Establish consistent brand and creative designs Communicate ideas with the stakeholders using mock-ups and look books Collect feedback and adjust the approach to cater to the criteria Build sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to outline the structure

Skills

• Strong communication, design and creative thinking skills Experience with Photoshop
• Good to have - Knowledge of programming languages HTML, CSS and JavaScript
