Job Description

As a member of the Product Design Team, you are to play a versatile role: structured problem-solving and coming up with creative solutions You will interact with the Product Managers to understand requirements, create product solutions as quick sketches, wireframes, prototypes and whatever else is needed to solve the problem in hand & validate it with our users. Collaborate with designers, product managers, engagement managers, engineers, data analysts to implement, review, refine and iterate designs. Be obsessed with quality: Pixel perfect design, every micro-interaction needs to be right and edge cases do matter. Create and develop scalable design systems with other designers in the team. Support the team members with guidance for visual expression.

Skills

• Highly developed skills demonstrated in your portfolio of recent works.
• Creating pixel perfect visual designs.
• Skills in creating illustrations and micro interactions.
• Knowledge of interface design & usability principles.
• Thorough understanding of components and web design frameworks.
• Ability to communicate your ideas clearly and have storytelling abilities.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD etc
• Passion for great design, you should know what works, what doesn't and why
• Business level abilities in English

Job Description

We're looking for a talented and passionate User Experience Designer to help make Soroco Products experience delightful and easy to use. Our ideal candidate has the ability to create elegant user-centered designs, demonstrated ability to balance high-level, holistic reasoning with detail-oriented feature design, and facility designing for essentially desktop channels. A capacity for advocating on behalf of our customers is an absolute must as this role will directly impact the way Soroco customers access all Soroco products and features.

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in product, web, mobile, interaction design
• Strong online portfolio with demonstrated examples of designing great user-centered experiences and applications.
• Fluency using tools such as Adobe XD, Axure, Sketch, Invision
• Demonstrated visual design expertise; capacity for creating engaging and usable designs and layouts with a propensity towards simplification
• Masters/Bachelor's Degree in user interface design, HCI, interaction design, visual communication/graphic design/product design or related field preferred. May be substituted with significant industry experience and accomplishments.

• Illustrator etc.
• Passion for great design, you should know what works, what doesn't and why
• Have a profile on Behance / Dribbble (Share the links to your portfolio).
• Formal education in Design or related fields (Bachelor's / Masters / Diploma) OR
• Self-Taught designer with a great portfolio.
