Job Description

Act as a key player in the strategic design process of projects, assuming responsibility for the overall Customer Experience strategy and execution• Understand and implement design best practices• Consistent performance in creating good experiences throughout the user’s journey across various digital channels• Should demonstrate good visual/ graphic design capabilities• Design, develop, test and refine prototypes• Develop new research and test theories that lead to alternative, leading edge design solutions• Applies strong understanding of usability and user experience design to develop and execute creative interactive designs• Applying theory to practice (Interface/ Interaction/ Visual Design, Usability Engineering/ Service design/ Prototyping) in digital transformation projects & discussions.• Expert skill level in the design tools, e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash etc.

Skills

2-3 years of web/mobile designing experience.
• Strong proficiency and experience in the Adobe Creative Suite--Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Flash.
• Create UI resources such as flows, wireframes, simple visuals and interactive prototypes
• Design application user interfaces (including information architecture and interaction design)
• Thorough understanding of UX guidelines of various mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Windows, etc.) and a strong hold on facets that govern user experience of mobile/ smartphone platforms & related channels (web/ mobile-web/ mobile etc.).
• Attention to detail and accuracy, commitment to delivering highly-polished designs
