Understand SmartQ product suite. Gather knowledge of our clients, customers, and the business partners Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends • Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs Communicate design ideas and prototypes to the team & mentor them so that they are effective Project planning & management on a regular basis to support the design team in the right decision making Handle multiple projects and deliver them within the given timeframe Present and justify your design decisions. All your design decision should be based on roadmap as well as design thinking principles like color theory, visual hierarchy, following the design system religiously. Define the right interaction model, impact, and evaluate its success. Be a great team player. Ability to collaborate closely with fellow team members, developers, business analysts and UX designers.

Skills

• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc
• Familiarity with information architecture & design system
• Proficient in design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is good to have, but not mandatory
• Be open to receiving design critique and improving upon it
• Problem-solving and analytics driven
• Excellent communication skills
