Work with the entire team to define the brand voice and create brand design guidelines for marketing collateral Iterate quickly and communicate ideas across various levels of fidelity, with the ability to receive feedback constructively as well as provide feedback to other’s work Present best practices on recurring projects Work closely with the marketing team to design assets for campaigns, including but not limited to whitepapers, landing pages, emails, ad graphics, icons, etc. Have an understanding of, and help collaborate on, an overarching strategy for customer acquisition and engagement Create a library of graphic assets for the marketing and sales teams to use in customer-facing collateral Maintain Slintel’s website to be a delightful and dynamic welcome centre for all of our customer-facing messaging
Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail. You master illustration, composition, imagery, typography, iconography and color
- On top of current cultural trends. You follow the latest news in design, music, art, fashion and tech
- Talent for articulating ideas. You have excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
- Experience working quickly and efficiently. You are keeping up with the pace in a lightning-fast startup environment and have the ability to address and prioritize multiple projects at once
- Master of design tools. You are fluent with Figma & Sketch. After Effects skills are appreciated but not required
- A highly motivated self starter who loves to solve problems
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to meet deadlines and communicate proactively .
- A strong team player
