Job Description

User Interaction Design for all our new products and enhance existing offerings to delight customers. Create high-fidelity prototypes where every interaction is detailed to the point to demonstrate the functioning and user flows of the product. Able to sketch the ideas into wireframes, learn how to make wire flow, and do wireframing for well-defined features. Showcase design ideas through sitemaps, storyboards, and process flows. Define user task flows and interaction models. Strong understanding of the visual design process which includes hierarchy, colors, and typography as an integral part of user experience(UX). Demonstrate understanding of UX fields like user research, journey maps, user flows, and personas. Conduct usability testing to identify gaps in design and see if they can be further improved. Optimize user interface(UI) designs and tests for intuitiveness and user-centricity. Collaborate with the product management team to gather user requirements. Work with the engineering team to ensure the designs are implemented in a pixel-perfect manner. Document the design process and all its stages and also regularly audit the product experience to suggest improvements for product & design.

Skills

• Articulates design rationale and, when necessary, divergent approaches to design problems.
• Have experience creating Wireframes, Prototypes, Mockups, Illustrations
• Have working knowledge of HTML and CSS. Knowledge of Javascript will be a plus.
• Successfully shipping mobile (iOS and Android) apps for the B2C industry is highly desirable.
• Proactiveness, ownership, and accountability.
