Job Description

Responsible for Design Layouts, Producing images and developing styles for websites, social media profiles, and corporate communications. Conceptualize and execute (hands-on) creative work. Specific design assignments ranging from website design, packaging, marketing collateral, advertising, full-scale branding campaigns to one-off social media graphical content. Demonstrate proficiency in all Adobe programs and the comprehensive Microsoft office suits. Stronghold on hand-sketching and typography skills. Ability to formulate briefs, ideate and help the team come up with unique ideas Act as an active contributor to brainstorming discussions. Work towards doing things differently with available guidance for various brands & themes Assist in designing and creating storyboards. Manage all steps of the illustration process starting with rough sketches to communicate your ideas and ending with delivering high-quality output. Provide support to the Graphic Design team as needed Take complete ownership of the team & projects assigned

Skills

• Experience with design tools such as Illustrator, and InDesign mandatory.
• Experience defining or maintaining a design style guide or branding guidelines.
• Exceptional sense of typography, imagery, colors, composition and visual layouts
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to gracefully defend your design decisions to executive management.
• Must keep up with & implement recent developments in the design industry
• Must experiment and learn new software's to speed up and facilitate the design process

Job Description

Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic projects. Creation of animation storyboards. Producing motion graphic and 3D content. Work with art and Creative Directors, Video Editors, Animation Artists to understand project scope and objectives. Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design Framing the Product Advertising Videos. Understanding brands and producing work of a suitable style. Video production and video editing. Take action which can improve and develop the creative capability of Team. Designs and produces art and copy layouts for material to be presented by visual communications media, such as books, magazines, newspapers, television, electronic media and packaging that correspond to the client’s needs. Able to think creatively and produce new ideas and concepts, updated with new trends and designs, pro active and self - learner, timely delivery of projects.

• Display characteristics of a “self-starter” – able to anticipate needs and act without direction when required.
