Job Description

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to work on our product– Enpass password manager. From a designer's prospective Enpass is a cross-platform, productivity application with a demanding visual and UI/UX designing skill-set. Enpass is available for all the mobile and desktop platforms and has million+ users worldwide, which altogether offers a great learning curve for you to hone your designing skills for the cross-platform applications. Also, Enpass has been featured in the iOS app store in "Apps we love" section, for it's simplistic and great design and that makes us more committed to offer a great software experience to our customers. The ideal candidate should have an eye for elegantly professional and clean design, possess deep technical UI/UX skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interactive visuals. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate the design ideas. Work closely with product development team to conceptualize and produce new, dynamic UI/UX designs for Enpass on all platforms. Be accountable for the outcome of the design and own the delivery, quality, and outcome of the design including the learning and iteration cycle. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks. Counts on your UX design capabilities. Provide communication design for any of the media - e-mailers, banners, promotions for blogs and social media channels i.e. Facebook, Twitter etc Stay updated with the latest design trends and create marketing material for the app, advertisement and social media. Evaluate competitive and innovative products and design approaches to identify best practices and encourage innovation. Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product manager and engineers.

Skills

• 2+ years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer for iOS, Android and desktop applications.
• Mastery of standard UI/UX software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch, Zeplin, Balsamiq, InVision, Principal for Mac, Origami, Flinto, Framer.js, Moqups, OmniGraffle, Axure, UXPin is a must.
• Solid knowledge of design systems and templates, grid structures, layout principles, color theory, typography and information design.
• Ability to create design concepts that are consistent with brand strategy and communications goals.
• Possess team spirit and time management skills.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Understanding of design patterns across web and mobile platforms. Demonstrable UI design skills with a impressive portfolio.
• Fluency in English communication (Oral and written).
• Ability to write impressive content for blog posts is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and animation/Gifs is an added advantage.
