Must have a Data-driven, Research-oriented UCD based approach to UX Design. Should have a design mindset, and is Business-driven. Should have led the customer journeys and experience in design during their previous experiences. Must have a deep eagerness for observing users journeys and synthesizing insights into delightful design solutions: Data Visualization. Strong believer and practitioner in lean/agile UX process. Must have worked in an agile environment. Must have worked in a product/platform company earlier. Should be able to execute UXD projects independently and / or part of a small team with multiple stakeholders by diagnosing business and user needs. Create and present compelling design concepts as part of UX strategy and focus group sessions. Present design proposals to the stakeholders that are backed up by strong business and user benefit rationale. Team up with product development folks to ensure the design gets translated well as a final product. Manage communication at all levels and be responsible for project deliverables with quality and on time.

Skills

• Experience designing for various devices and systems. (Native mobile, Hybrid Mobile, and Web Experiences)
• Ability to communicate and present ideas and details from a UX perspective to internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly detail oriented bordering on obsessiveness towards consistency and minutiae.

Working as a UI Engineer. Extremely good as a team player. Understanding end to end feature requirements. Building cross-browser & device compatible user interface. Writing the front-end code and building the user interface. Debugging code errors and troubleshooting software issues. Brilliant problem-solving skills. Build UI from scratch or understand existing project/feature & build UI on top of that. Good at team & cross-team communication skills. Having database knowledge is a plus.

Skills

• Must have hands-on knowledge of web 2.0, including HTML5, CSS3
• Must have hands-on knowledge of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS/LESS

Improve the look and feel of our UI product, illustrating ideas using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps and design graphic UI Elements like menus, tabs, widgets, buttons, etc Prepare/present rough drafts to internal teams & key stakeholders as well as create high fidelity mocks & prototypes for stakeholder communication, and user validation. Create UI Guides, optimized assets for developer hand-off and conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. Work with design lead, product team, stakeholders, fellow designers to help ideate, refine,and define a unified Visual Design Language. Analyze customer responses and usage data to derive insights and propose design interventions/changes that lead to verifiable improvements.

• Possess exceptionally strong foundation in Visual Design concepts like visual perception, color theory, visual weight, visual balance, etc.
