Design world-class product experiences for our mobile apps, and the web app Work closely with our Growth team to ensure quick versions of the product experiments and track the impact of the experiments Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to execute the product roadmap (new features and iterations), participate in design reviews, create marketing and promotional material, and support other business requirements Work closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality execution of the product vision and user requirements Collaborate with a team of designs via process planning and knowledge sharing.

Skills

• Strong understanding of Core Javascript, ReactJS, React Native (desired), semantic HTML5, CSS, Flexbox and responsive development.
• Thorough understanding of Javascript design patterns
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
• Understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
• Proficient understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as ReactJS, AngularJS
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Preferably from a SaaS and web applications platforms background, and/or B2B applications.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Experience driving software projects, including design and implementation and delivery/deployment.
• Experience in building APIs / application backends using Node.js (good to have)
• Understanding of UI / UX best practices and ability to collaborate with the Design team to implement functional and intuitive user experiences
• Ability to manage and collaborate with a team of web-app developers
