Job Description

Discover & create solutions for complex challenges while addressing both user personas & business needs. Develop design solutions for various platforms Establish consistent brand and creative designs Create User Journeys, User Flows, Information Architecture, and Wireframes Communicate effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and designs effectively Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables) Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Conduct research and deconstruct our users' digital interactions and habits

Skills

• Portfolio to showcase your past work (professional or personal) and process.
• Ability to work with existing design systems and style language.
• Up-to-date knowledge of web and mobile design & interface guidelines.
• Experience with User Testing and Usability Testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, ability to communicate effectively in a global team.
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
