Apply knowledge of UI design to create prototypes, new interaction models, animations, data visualisations, etc. Develop pixel perfect comps and assets for all projects Create and make decisions that implement a design language consistent throughout the SHL UI platforms (HR-facing and candidate/employee-facing) Drive UI design projects from concept to implementation Act as liaison to provide feedback and ensure design integrity of projects between UX designers, software engineers, and product managers Courteously decline the status quo and push both teammates and stakeholders outside their comfort zones Analyze and interpret recommendations from stakeholders in the business, in order to help develop and prioritize an experiences roadmap with design leadership and product management. You should be able to develop a point of view on how we can keep evolving and setting the bar with our user interfaces Work independently, using professional judgement to manage the day-to-day details of your projects

Contributing towards front–end design and development of new web-based applications including coding, debugging, and documentation, following Agile Development Methodology. You’ll need to understand, suggest, and choose from, possible technical solutions/tools to satisfy business needs choices that reflect a solution that balances design, use, and support. Use the best practices/techniques for keeping the design/solution under control without excessive work or rework.

• Expert in developing highly optimized, responsive, cross-browser, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap based applications.
• Expert on Angular JS, Angular, Object-Oriented JavaScript, ES6
• Knowledge of NPM, Webpack
• Data structures, Design Patterns in Java Scripts.

• Prior experience of working on a cloud-based application (AWS / Azure)
• Must be familiar with browser debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools, firebird etc.
